This Week in Sport: 19th September − 25th September 2022

On Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles will take on the Minnesota Vikings in what will undoubtedly be an exciting battle. The following day, India face Australia in the first of 3 T20 matches between the two great cricketing nations. Wednesday will see riders continue to compete in the UCI Road World Championships.

Later in the week on Thursday, the Presidents Cup will see golfers from the US and the rest of the world tee it up at Quail Hollow in search of glory. Friday is the first day of the Laver Cup, the event is due to be the last chance fans will have to see Roger Federer grace the tennis court.

There is no shortage of exciting sporting action taking place at the weekend either. The AFL season reaches its climax as the Geelong Cats take on the Sydney Swans in the Grand Final, and on Sunday the Tampa Bay Buccaneers go up against the Green Bay Packers in an exciting NFL matchup.
