This Policy explains what personal information Fixture Calendar Ltd ("Fixture") collects and how we use it.
Fixture, collects and stores securely certain personal details, including but not limited to such as your first name, last name and email address only when you use our website to send us an enquiry form, suggestion form or register an account with us. We will use that information for a number of purposes including:
- to help us to administer accounts, services and products which we offer
- to help detect fraud or loss.
- to improve our services or products.
- to provide you with information about our services or products.
To stop receiving our marketing emails you can change your preferences, follow the unsubscribe instructions in any of the emails we send you or contact us and we will do it for you. Should you wish to close your account, you can do so anytime within your profile.

When first signing up for an account with Fixture by agreeing to ‘Keep me updated’ you agree to receiving Newsletters and Bespoke Communication. You are able to change these permissions within your notification settings.
Additionally, Fixture collects IP addresses to identify the local timezone ensuring the dates and times of the fixtures on our website are correct as well as certain location-based functionality.
We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide. Therefore, our website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Google Tag Manager (GTM”) is a tag management system to manage JavaScript and HTML tags used for tracking and analytics on websites. Tags are small code elements that, among other things, are used to measure traffic and visitor behavior. GTM makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. We use GTM on our website to include Facebook Conversion Pixels and Hotjar tracking tools.
All data is held by Fixture Calendar Ltd, which uses some shared resources with Fixture Travel Ltd. We do not share your personal information with Fixture Travel Ltd. or others except as indicated within this policy or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to opt out of having your personal information shared.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable if you would like a copy of the information held on you - please email us. We will respond to you within 30 days.
Fixture will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
