It features eight teams from major cities in <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-manchester-originals">Manchester Originals</a>1 and <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-manchester-originals">Manchester Originals</a>2, each made up of both international and domestic players. The teams competing are <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-birmingham-phoenix">Birmingham Phoenix</a>, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-london-spirit">London Spirit</a>, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-manchester-originals">Manchester Originals</a>, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-northern-superchargers">Northern Superchargers</a>, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-oval-invincibles">Oval Invincibles</a>, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-southern-brave">Southern Brave</a>, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-trent-rockets">Trent Rockets</a>, and <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-welsh-fire">Welsh Fire</a>. The format of the tournament is 100-ball matches, with the teams split into two groups and the top two from each group advancing to the playoffs.
