This Week in Sport: 14th February − 20th February 2022
Another incredible week of sport is in store for sports fans around the world. On Monday, athletes will battle it out in the the women’s Aerial event. The following day, in one of the first round of 16 matches of the Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain take on Real Madrid. On Wednesday and on the other side of the Atlantic, the Carolina Hurricanes play host to the Florida Panthers in the NHL.
Thursday sees the start of a two Test series between New Zealand and South Africa. The next day, this year’s Super Rugby season gets underway as the Waratahs take on Fijian Drua in Sydney.
The weekend is also an exciting prospect for sports fans. On Saturday in Manchester, Amir Khan gets into the ring to fight Kell Brook - a bout not to be missed by boxing fans. Finally, Sunday will see 17 nations battling it out in the 4-man bobsleigh event - one of the last events of Beijing 2022.
